Schedule: Every weekend (Saturday/Sunday) plus two rotating weekdays; floating required between multiple facilities

Requirements:

• Active Indiana Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand prior to start date)
• NBRC certification as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years respiratory therapy experience with 18 months recent ICU experience
• Education must be accredited through CoARC and regionally accredited through CHEA
• Two supervisor references required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Willingness to float between multiple hospital locations
• Written confirmation of understanding and acceptance of every weekend requirement
