Start Date: February 10, 2026
Location: Hudson, Florida
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, five days per week. Every other weekend and holidays in rotation with facility employees.

• Manageable patient ratios: 1:25 on medical floors, 1:20 in urgent care units
• Utilize multiple electronic platforms including Meditech for reviews, Midas for documentation, and CarePort for referrals

• Full-service case management role focused on patient assessments, evaluations, and discharge planning
• Equipment provided includes iPad, computer, and cell phone for streamlined workflow

Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license or compact state license
• Hospital case management experience required
• Acute hospital case management experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Midas, InterQual criteria, and Meditech preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and care coordination skills
