Description
Start Date: April 6, 2026
Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM shifts, 5-10 cases per day. Every other weekend and holiday required. On-call: maximum 3 nights per seven-day period (5:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Block scheduling not available.
Highlights:
- Brand new state-of-the-art cancer facility opened in May 2025, connected to a major university hospital
- Perform both scrub and circulate duties in a high-acuity teaching hospital environment
- Exposure to advanced interventional procedures including body and neuro interventions, endovascular procedures, and abdominal, pelvic, and genitourinary interventions
- Epic charting system (Radiant, Q-site modules)
- Hospital-provided scrubs
- May float to main hospital when no clinic cases are scheduled
Requirements:
- Active New Jersey state license or Compact license (required at time of submission)
- ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interventional radiology
- Teaching hospital experience required; Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
- Proficiency in sterile procedure and equipment setup, closure devices, EKOS, and GE/Phillips Angio Suites
- First-time travelers accepted; local candidates welcome
