Description
Start Date: March 30, 2026
Location: Anchorage, Alaska
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 5x8 Days (40 hours/week), shift times between 0700-1700, every other weekend required

- Focus on discharge planning and care coordination across all patient age groups including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
- Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, pharmacy, social services, and rapid response teams
- 13-week assignment with guaranteed 72 hours per two-week period

- 24 hours of orientation to support your success
Requirements:
- Active Alaska RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
- BLS certification required; ACM (Accredited Case Manager) certification strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Experience with discharge planning, care coordination, and utilization of Milliman Guidelines
- Knowledge of CMS regulations and HIPAA guidelines
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Willingness to float within case management services as needed
- Availability to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
