Start Date: March 2, 2026
Location: Franklin, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM; Every other weekend minimum

• Brand new, state-of-the-art critical access hospital with 30 beds, three operating rooms, and dedicated specialty spaces
• ICU/Step Down patient population with 4:1 ratios; Med-Surg overflow at 6:1 (occasionally 7:1)
• Procedures include ventilator management, central lines, A-lines, thoracentesis, and complex dressing changes
• EMR system: Cerner
• Recognized for stroke readiness and cardiovascular excellence by the Joint Commission and American Heart Association
• Sign-on and relocation bonus available

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license or compact state license
• ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience required
• At least one travel assignment completed
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
