Start Date: February 23, 2026
Location: Franklin, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants, including sign-on and relocation bonus opportunities
Schedule: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), every other weekend minimum

Highlights:

• Brand new, state-of-the-art 30-bed critical access hospital featuring modern patient rooms and advanced technology
• ICU and step-down patient population with 4:1 ratios; Med-Surg patients with 6:1 ratios (occasionally 7:1)
• Complex case mix including vents, central lines, arterial lines, thoracentesis, and dressing changes
• Cerner EMR system; facility recognized for stroke care excellence by the Joint Commission and American Heart Association
• Collaborative team environment with 4-5 RNs and 2-3 PCTs per shift
• Opportunity to float to the Emergency Department for additional experience

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina RN license (or ability to obtain)
• ICU or Step Down/Progressive Care experience required
• At least one prior travel assignment
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Outgoing personality with strong teamwork and collaboration skills
