Start Date: March 9, 2026
Location: Millcreek, Utah
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 36 hours per week | 13-week assignment | On-call rotation every third weekend and weekday

Highlights:

Specialized cardiovascular operating room with 2.5 active surgical suites
Perform endoscopic vein harvesting and open heart first assist procedures
Case mix includes CABG, valve repair/replacement, TAVR, and aortic repair (open and endovascular)
Manageable call schedule with rotating weekend and weekday coverage
Scrubs provided by facility
Opportunity to float to main OR as needed

Requirements:

Active certification as CSFA, CFA, or SA-C required
Minimum 2 years of independent Endoscopic Vein Harvest experience utilizing Terumo or Maquet systems
Minimum 2 years of Open Heart First Assist experience
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced cardiovascular surgery environment
