Start Date: March 16, 2026
Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 4x12 hour shifts per week (48 hours weekly), weekend coverage required

Highlights:

• Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Med Surg / Telemetry unit specializing in adult and geriatric populations
• Daily census of approximately 15 patients requiring comprehensive medical-surgical and telemetry care
• Work with a multidisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Radiology, Social Services, and Pharmacy support
• Clinical focus on tracheostomy care/management, complex wound care, dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• EPIC EMR system utilized for documentation
• Paid orientation and pre-assignment module completion (up to 16 billable hours)

Requirements:

• Current RN license in South Carolina or compact state eligibility
• Minimum 3 years of recent acute care nursing experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 1 year of EPIC EMR experience required
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (mileage requirements apply)
