Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio

Schedule: Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 months recent permanent ICU experience required
• Active Ohio RN license or active compact state license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications (NIHSS preferred)
• One professional reference from a nurse manager, supervisor, or director in ICU specialty
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Negative drug screen within 12 months of start date
• Clean license with no disciplinary actions or open legal cases
