Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day/Night rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays; on-call required

Highlights:

• Progressive Care Unit with cardiac specialization and diverse patient diagnoses
• 1:3 patient ratio across all shifts
• Epic EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary support including PT, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Care for complex patients including chronic ventilated and post-lung transplant cases
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Four weekend shifts per four-week schedule period

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit/Stepdown experience required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license) in hand at time of application
• Epic charting system experience required
• IV start proficiency and telemetry monitoring skills required
• Trauma Level I or II experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Must be willing to float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels
• Nursing degree must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
