Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, night shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM); 3 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Highlights:

• Work on a dedicated Neuro/Surgical Telemetry unit with 31 beds and a daily census of 30 patients
• Patient ratios of 4-5 patients across all shifts
• No on-call required; occasional float to other Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU
• Epic EMR system utilized; recent Epic experience required
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and more

Requirements:

• Active Tennessee or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (must be current)
• Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience required
• Epic charting system experience within the last 12 months required and must be detailed on application
• Must pass Epic competency exam upon arrival
• Travel nursing experience preferred but not required; local and first-time travelers accepted
• Must be willing to work Memorial Day holiday
• COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
