Location: Augusta, Georgia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 13-week assignment; every other weekend required (average 6 weekends per contract); floating required to all MS/MS-Tele units within the hospital and possible sister campus location

Highlights:

• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics with all potential medical-surgical and MS-Tele diagnoses
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6
• Epic EMR required (hard stop); also uses Pyxis and SBAR communication tools
• Maximum 7 days of requested time off (RTO); blackout dates apply during Spring Break (April 4-12)
• No call requirements
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, lift teams, and more

Requirements:

• Georgia or Compact State RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Epic charting system experience required (hard stop)
• Current BLS certification
• Med-Surg and Telemetry experience required; previous charge experience preferred
• Experience with 5-6 patient ratios preferred
• Two supervisory references highly preferred (Manager level or above)
• Full compliance documentation required prior to start date
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
