# Job Opportunity – Critical Care Registered Nurse – Tennessee**Start Date:** March 16, 2026 **Location:** Nashville, Tennessee **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** 2:1 patient ratio on a 32-bed unit, 4-week schedules with 3-4 weekend shifts per scheduling period, floating as needed based on census**Highlights:**- Cardiac ICU with a growing cardiogenic shock program featuring 12 dedicated beds- Specialize in advanced cardiac care including PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring, IABP, Impella, and CRRT- Perform critical procedures including central line insertion, swan insertion, and intubations- Work with state-of-the-art equipment including Hill-Rom beds and Phillips telemetry monitors- Electronic documentation using Meditech- Support from student nurse externs as techs and unit secretary Monday through Friday**Requirements:**- Active Tennessee RN license or compact state license- Cardiac experience required- Strong critical care experience- BLS and ACLS certifications required- PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring skills- Experience with IABP and Impella preferred- CRRT experience preferred**Why It's a Great Opportunity:**Join a dynamic cardiac critical care team with an expanding cardiogenic shock program where providers specialize in this patient population.
