Schedule: Shift-based nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting with telemetry monitoring

Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multistate compact license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years recent telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• Demonstrated competency with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
• 2 to 5 years total nursing experience required
