Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina

Schedule: 3x12 night shifts, Thursday–Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM

Highlights:

• Night shift position working independently in a 3-room MRI department with approximately 40 daily procedures
• 13-week contract with comprehensive experience across multiple MRI sequences and anatomical regions
• Dual-equipment proficiency required: Siemens (Avanto and Sola) and GE Premier systems
• Epic and Visage PACS charting systems with one-week orientation on day shift
• No call requirements and no floating to other departments
• First-time travelers welcome with a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience

Requirements:

• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT(R)(MR) or ARRT(MR) credential required
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience
• Competency in both Siemens and GE MRI equipment platforms
• Experience with diverse MRI procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal imaging, and advanced techniques (diffusion, gradient echo, spectroscopy, perfusion, MRA)
• Previous work in outpatient, inpatient, ER, community hospital, and adult ICU settings preferred
• Experience working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations required
• Proficiency with PACS systems and contrast administration
• Epic charting experience required
• North Carolina or Compact State nursing license (pending acceptable for submission, must be active by start date)
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
