Location: Alexandria, Louisiana

Schedule: Multiple shifts available; full-time; every other weekend required; no on-call; no floating

• Mixed cardiac and medical ICU with diverse case mix including DKA, acute respiratory failure, MIs, CABGs, and ventilator management
• Patient ratios: 2:1 for ICU patients and 4:1 for IMCU patients
• No floating requirements – stable unit assignment
• Four positions available with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
• Structured onboarding with designated preceptor and comprehensive competency validation

Requirements:

• Current Louisiana RN license or current Compact state RN license
• BLS certification required from AHA
• ACLS certification required from AHA
• One year of Critical Care experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred
