Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 40 hours per week; minimal on-call requirement (primarily weekday evenings and weekends)

Highlights:

Work in a 554-bed Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital with a dedicated Children's Hospital
Advanced imaging suite with 4 general rooms, 1 SPECT/CT, and 2 PET/CT units
Diverse case mix including diagnostic nuclear medicine, SPECT/CT, PET/CT imaging, and therapeutic procedures (I-131, Xofigo, Lutathera)
EMR: Cerner; orientation and compliance modules provided during onboarding
Minimum 10-week assignment; guaranteed 40 hours per week with limited call-off allowance
Experience with adult, pediatric, geriatric, and specialty patient populations preferred

Requirements:

ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification required
New Mexico state Nuclear Medicine license required (may be pending at time of submission)
BLS certification required (RQI certifications not accepted)
CT licensure preferred (facility will assist with obtaining if pending)
Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience; first-time travelers accepted
Proficiency in venipuncture, IV starts, and handling/disposal of radioactive materials
Experience with cardiac imaging, bone scans, HIDA, renograms, SPECT/CT, and PET/CT scanning
Must reside outside 100-mile radius of the facility
COVID vaccination required (medical and religious exemptions accepted with documentation)
Flu vaccination required (exemptions accepted)
