Location: McAllen, Texas

Schedule: Day shift with rotating on-call and potential weekend coverage; opportunity to cross-train in X-Ray

Highlights:

• Work with GE nuclear medicine equipment in a well-established radiology department
• Perform diverse procedures including cardiac imaging, Lexiscan, HIDA scans, gastric emptying, bone scans, renal scans, thyroid scans, and GI bleed studies
• EMR: MediTech; PACS: McKesson for streamlined workflow
• Small team environment with 1 full-time tech and 1 PRN, offering autonomy and collaboration
• Hunter green scrubs provided; professional radiology setting on main campus first floor

Requirements:

• CNMT (Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist) certification required
• Texas Medical Board licensure required
• Experience with GE nuclear medicine equipment is essential
• Familiarity with cardiac imaging protocols
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and Texas state regulations
• Preferred: Experience with Y-90 procedures and lymphoscintigraphy
