Schedule: First shift, 4x10 hour days (Monday-Friday), staggered start times between 0700-0830. Variable day off each week. Weekend and evening/night call rotation required.

Highlights:

• Daily case load of 13-17 procedures across neuro/stroke and body interventions
• Comprehensive IR case mix including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, kyphoplasty, biopsies, drainages, vascular studies, and neurological procedures
• Work with Siemens and Phillips equipment in a well-equipped interventional suite
• Primary patient population includes adults and geriatrics, with some adolescents
• Scrubs provided; comprehensive hospital orientation during week one
• 13-week contract with critical neuro and body procedure experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Previous travel healthcare experience required; first-time travelers not accepted
• Active ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required; ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• Neuro and stroke intervention experience in IR setting (required)
• Inpatient hospital experience with PACS and contrast administration
• Proficiency with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment required
• Experience with all IR procedures including upper/lower extremity, abdominal/pelvic, genitourinary, and vascular studies
• Scrub experience required; must maintain sterile field
• Epic and McKesson experience preferred
• North Carolina or Compact State license (must be active at start)
