Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years recent telemetry and LTAC experience in a hospital setting
• 2–5 years of total nursing experience required
• Documented experience with ventilator and tracheostomy patient care
