Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Bakersfield, California

Start Date: April 20, 2026
Location: Bakersfield, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day Shift

Provide independent nursing care to acutely ill patients under nursing leadership supervision
Utilize Cerner EMR system for documentation and care coordination
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care

Requirements:

Valid and unrestricted California Registered Nurse License
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program; Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
Knowledge and experience with Cerner EMR
Demonstrated expertise in advanced nursing theory, techniques, and practices
Knowledge of medical terminology, instruments, equipment, and medication administration
