Requirements:

• Active Indiana RN license or multi-state compact RN license
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum 5 years of House Supervisor experience in an acute care hospital setting
• ICU nursing experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop staff and manage resources effectively
