Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week (3x12 shifts) or 40 hours (8/10 shifts); weekend coverage as needed

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered RN license (pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (all required at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must obtain prior to start date)
• Epic charting system experience at proficiency level 3 or 4
• Skills: arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP, ventilator patient care, isolation precautions, and triage
• Two professional references from direct supervisors or nurse managers
• Negative 10-panel drug screen plus nicotine (cotinine) test within 12 months of start date
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Must be nicotine-free (smoke-free facility with no exceptions)

• Pre-start modules required (non-billable, averaging 6-15 hours); time-sensitive modules must be prioritized upon confirmation
• EKG and pharmacology testing required during orientation (2 attempts maximum; study materials provided)
• Compliance documents due the Monday prior to start date
• Block schedules are not available for this position
