Location: Corpus Christi, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day or Night Shift available. 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio (maximum 6:1). Every other weekend and holiday rotation. On-call seldom required.

• Standard procedures include patient transfers, bladder scans, dressing changes, and medication administration
• Access to modern equipment including vital sign machines, transfer equipment (Hoyer lifts, sliding boards), EKG, and bladder scanners
• Opportunity to float to Med-Surg, Telemetry, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, and overflow units (ICU excluded)

Requirements:

• Active RN Licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Proficiency with safe patient transfer techniques and training
• EMR proficiency (Meditech experience preferred)
• Rehabilitation nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with rehab scoring documentation is a plus
