Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36 hours per week, Day/Night rotating or Night shift, weekdays and some weekends with rotating holidays. Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period (Saturday/Sunday for day shift, Friday/Saturday for night shift). No call required.

Highlights:

• Specialized cardiovascular ICU caring for cardiac, vascular, and thoracic patients including CABG, valve repair, TAVR, heart and lung transplants, VAD implantation, and ECMO
• Manageable patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2
• Epic charting system in use
• Limited floating – will not rotate more than once every 4 weeks within units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
• 36-hour structured orientation period

Requirements:

• 2 years of Cardiac ICU experience preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIHSS certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of submission)
• Nursing education from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Skills required: IV starts, telemetry, ventilator management, Swan-Ganz monitoring, conscious sedation, balloon pumps (IABP), and PA line management
• 2 professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role)
