Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 13-week assignment

Highlights:

• Work in a high-volume surgical department with 17 operating rooms handling approximately 45 cases
• No on-call requirement – scheduled night shifts only
• Minimum 36-hour orientation with comprehensive Epic training included
• Specialize in advanced surgical procedures including neuro spine, ortho spine, vascular, and robotic surgery
• Scrubs provided (Ceil Blue) and supportive interdisciplinary team environment
• Epic EMR system with PYXIS medication management

Requirements:

• Active RN license (North Carolina or Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room experience (acute care setting within the last 6 months)
• Must be proficient in both scrubbing AND circulating roles
• Strong experience required in at least 2 of the following 4 specialties: Neuro/Neuro Spine, Ortho/Ortho Spine, Vascular Surgery, or Robotic Surgery
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• Previous travel experience required
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
