Description
Start Date: April 13, 2026
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM shift | Average 40 cases per day | Call coverage per unit needs | Weekend rotation required
Highlights:
- Work with a diverse surgical case mix including Trauma, ENT, Colorectal, Plastics, Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, Orthopedic, Robotics, Vascular, and Thoracic procedures
- Exposure to advanced technology including Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System and minimally invasive techniques
- EMR experience with Cerner preferred
- 40 hours of orientation provided | Patient ratio 1:1

- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Radiology, Pharmacy, and Transportation
Requirements:
- Valid Maryland or Compact state RN license required at time of submission
- Minimum 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
- BLS certification required
- 16-hour Maryland approved trauma course required by week 27
- 8-hour annual trauma CEUs required
- Trauma Level II experience required; Trauma Level I experience preferred
- ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS preferred
- Proficiency in multiple surgical specialties including General OR, Trauma, Laparoscopic procedures, and Robotic surgery
- Experience with a wide range of surgical skills from total joint replacements to endoscopic procedures
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
