Location: Columbia, South Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 3x12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), every other weekend; minimal call coverage (3 call shifts per 6-week period, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM)

Highlights:

• Work in a Level III NICU and Level I Trauma Center with comprehensive pediatric critical care services
• Diverse patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents across NICU, PICU, and Pediatric ER
• Advanced procedures including neonatal intubation (VLBW), iNO administration, Heliox administration, and blood gas analysis
• Specialized equipment experience with Servo Ventilators, Sensormedics oscillators, Bunnell HFJV, and multiple high-flow systems
• Collaborative interdisciplinary environment with respiratory services and rapid response teams
• Minimum 1-year EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) license
• Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
• Minimum 3 years recent experience in pediatric/neonatal critical care settings
• Significant NICU and PICU experience in children's hospital environment strongly preferred
• Competency with neonatal resuscitation/stabilization and pediatric critical care protocols
• Must reside 50+ miles from facility (specific distance requirements apply based on role)
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccination not required
