Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification required; additional certifications as applicable to float assignments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Experience with supervision and delegation of nursing staff
• Ability to adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient populations
• Completion of all required vaccinations per organizational policy (exemptions may apply)
