Location: Corpus Christi, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Rotating weekends; no on-call required. Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, 1 clerk, and 1 PCT. Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 1 RN, and 1 PCT. Patient ratio 1:6.

Highlights:

• 12-bed postpartum/mother baby unit with a team of 40 staff members
• EMR systems: CPN and Meditech
• Typical procedures include blood/iron transfusions and bladder scans
• Equipment includes vitals machines and rolling workstations
• May float to Labor and Delivery as needed
• Royal blue scrubs required

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications required
• Postpartum/Mother Baby nursing experience required
• Antepartum experience preferred
• RNC-OB or RNC-MNN certification preferred
