Location: Vero Beach, Florida

Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 3x12 shift schedule. Float pool participation required across multiple campus locations within a 20-mile radius.

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Florida or pending accepted; must be active by start date)
• Minimum 2 years of Progressive Care Unit experience; ICU experience also required
• Current BLS (AHA or American Red Cross) and ACLS certifications (must be held at time of submission)
• NIHSS certification (must be obtained prior to start date)
• Proficiency in cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, arterial and central line management, ventilator care, and BiPAP/CPAP
• Experience interpreting arterial blood gases and managing dysrhythmias
• Familiarity with isolation precautions and suctioning techniques
• Negative 10-panel drug screen including nicotine/cotinine (smoke-free facility, no exceptions)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• Two professional references from a direct supervisor, manager, or director
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
