Schedule: ICU patient ratio 1:2; Stepdown patient ratio 3:4. Floating between ICU and intermediate care (stepdown) is expected based on unit needs.

Requirements:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license verified through Nursys
• Minimum 2 years of acute neuro ICU or neuro stepdown experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Comprehensive work history with no gaps exceeding 60 days
• Completed skills checklist and professional references
• Professional badge-appropriate photograph for credentialing
