Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 7:00 PM shift, 36 guaranteed hours per week, every other weekend

Highlights:

• Lead Respiratory Therapist role in a busy Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• 13-week assignment at a full-service hospital serving Fort Worth and surrounding communities
• Work with Meditech documentation system and advanced ventilation equipment including Servo I ventilators
• Comprehensive scope of practice including ABGs, intubation assistance, nebulizer treatments, and various respiratory modalities
• Part of a leading healthcare network offering access to medical specialists and innovative care across the region
• No on-call requirements

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
• NICU and ICU experience required
• ED (Emergency Department) experience required
• Proficiency in arterial blood gas collection
• Experience with all age ranges of patients
• Preferred: Experience with Servo I ventilators and I-Stat systems
