Job Opportunity – LTAC Telemetry Registered Nurse – Colorado

Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Denver, Colorado
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Patient ratio of 1:6

Active Colorado RN license or multi-state compact license
ACLS and BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
Two to five years of RN experience required

Wound care experience preferred
