Schedule: 12-hour shifts including weekends; float required within organization as needed

Requirements:

• Valid Ohio or Compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of progressive care or stepdown nursing experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Competency with CPAP/BiPAP management and cardiac medication titrations
• Must be charge-capable for night shifts
• Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Experience with telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias
• Proficiency with chest tubes, wound care/wound vacs, tracheostomy care, feeding tubes, and high-flow nasal cannula
• Two professional references required, including at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
