Job Opportunity – Progressive Care / Stepdown RN – Ohio

Start Date: June 15, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 36-hour orientation; 4:1 patient ratio on days, nights, and weekends; weekend coverage required

Requirements:

• Active Ohio RN license (compact or state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
• Progressive care/Stepdown/PCU experience preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Skills in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, MS/Tele, isolation precautions, oxygen administration, peripheral line care, and rapid response team utilization
• Graduation from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager, director, or formal supervisor)
• Willingness to complete Ohio fingerprinting process promptly upon contract signing
