Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with rotating call coverage

Highlights:

• Combination IR/Cardiology lab with 85% interventional radiology and 15% cardiology procedure mix
• Patient ratio of 1:3-4 with a collaborative three-person team approach including at least one RN per team
• Comprehensive case mix including STEMI, invasive cardiology, peripheral vascular, and EP device implant procedures
• Epic charting system with 16 hours of orientation provided
• State-of-the-art equipment including MAC Lab, IVUS, Toshiba Angio Lab, and advanced thrombectomy systems
• Scrubs provided by facility

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of interventional radiology experience required
• Active NC or Compact state RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required
• Previous STEMI call experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Skills: Scrubbing, circulating, IV starts, PA lines, conscious sedation, and triage
• First-time travelers accepted

Call Schedule Details:

• Weekday call: 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM the following morning
• Weekend call: Friday 4:00 PM through Monday 7:30 AM
• Rotating schedule includes two weeks with twice-weekly call, one call weekend per month, and one week with no call following the call weekend
• 30-minute callback time for STEMIs; IR callback determined by procedure type
• 24/7 coverage for STEMI and emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures
