Schedule: 4-week rotating schedule with weekend coverage (minimum 2 weekends per 4-week period); patient caseload of 20-22 patients; business casual or scrubs with lab coat

Requirements:

• Active California state license (pending license considered)
• Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital inpatient Case Manager experience
• Current acute hospital experience required (must have worked in role within last 6 months)
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR system (hard requirement)
• Working knowledge of InterQual criteria (hard requirement)
• Experience with admission reviews, care coordination, and discharge planning
• Experience with HMO and IPA systems preferred
• Los Angeles County fire safety card (obtained within last 30 days)
• Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within last 3 years
