Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Variable shifts including days/evenings, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts. Call coverage required Monday-Friday 9:00 PM–6:30 AM and Saturday-Sunday 6:30 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–6:30 AM. Holiday and weekend coverage may be required based on unit needs (minimum 3 weekend shifts per 13-week contract).

Highlights:

• Work in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma center with an 18-bed operating room suite
• Exposure to diverse surgical specialties including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant
• Circulating focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
• Facility performs 45-50 surgical procedures daily
• EPIC charting system
• 13-week travel assignment with one pre-approved time off period

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Valid Compact or Ohio RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC charting experience required
• Level 1 Trauma center experience preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
• Two professional references required: at least one from a manager, director, or supervisor; Charge RN acceptable for second reference
• Willingness to float to different units within the organization as needed
• Preferred experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns
