Location: Columbus, Ohio

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Day/Night rotation; 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling requests; 36-hour work week with flexible shift assignments reviewed every 4-week period

Highlights:

• Mixed acuity unit with 24 PCU beds and 24 Medical-Surgical Telemetry beds
• Patient ratios of 1:3 for PCU and 1:4-5 for MS Tele
• Care for medical oncology patients with solid tumors and select blood cancers
• Optional professional development opportunity: 2-day chemotherapy certification course
• Epic EMR system with GE telemetry monitoring
• 72 hours of comprehensive orientation including preceptorship

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• 2 years of recent nursing experience; oncology experience preferred but not required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Willingness to float to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• Education from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• 2 professional references required (at least 1 from manager/director or formal leadership)
• Previous travel experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
