Description
Start Date: April 6, 2026
Location: Richmond, Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00/4:30 PM; treating approximately 45–55 patients per day on 2 linear accelerators
Highlights:
- Work with state-of-the-art TrueBeam linear accelerators (newest unit just one month old; first installed in 2017)
- Collaborative team environment with 2 radiation therapists per machine, supported by RNs, dosimetrists, physicists, dietitian, and social worker
- Advanced treatment modalities including VMAT, SBRT, DIBH, and surface guidance with Align RT (Vision RT)
- ARIA documentation system in an ACR-accredited, Commission on Cancer-accredited facility
- Exceptional patient experience with Press Ganey scores around 95%
- Equipment includes 2 TrueBeam linacs, GE CT Sim, and Elekta HDR
Requirements:
- ARRT certification required
- Minimum 3 years of TrueBeam experience (required)
- Experience with Align RT (Vision RT) surface guidance systems
- ARIA documentation system experience
- Proficiency in advanced techniques: DIBH, VMAT, SBRT, and surface guidance
