Schedule: Weekend days – 3x12-hour shifts (Saturday, Sunday, plus one weekday) | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM | 36 hours per week

Highlights:

• Float across multiple critical care units including Neuro ICU, Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CVICU, and more
• Work with a comprehensive team supported by respiratory therapy, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and full interdisciplinary services
• EPIC charting system with 36 hours of orientation provided
• Float policy ensures assignment to units of equivalent or lower acuity
• 2:1 patient ratios across all shifts
• High-acuity environment including transplant services (kidney, liver, lung, heart)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Demonstrated competency in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management
• Valid RN license (compact or Ohio state license in hand at time of application)
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Education from an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
• Two professional references required (at least one from a manager/director or formal leadership role)
