Description
Start Date: May 11, 2026
Location: Portland, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM (12-hour night shifts, weekend block schedule). On-call requirement: 3 shifts per month. 48-hour shifts approved.

- Work at a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital with a daily census of 475 patients
- Epic charting system experience preferred; orientation includes 40 hours of training
- Comprehensive case mix including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, chest/thorax, and surgery/C-arm procedures
- Serve diverse patient populations across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
- Weekend-focused block schedule provides weekday flexibility
- No parking fees; scrubs provided for OR/Cath Lab assignments
Requirements:
- Oregon state license (can submit with pending licensure)
- ARRT (R) certification and BLS required; Fluoroscopy Permit required
- Minimum 1 year of X-ray technologist experience
- Required skills: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal imaging, Lower and Upper Extremities, Surgery/C-Arm
- Epic charting experience preferred; community hospital experience preferred
- Must have reliable personal vehicle for this assignment
- 2 supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Candidates must reside outside 50-mile radius from facility

Additional Information:
- Up to 6 days of pre-approved time off (3 consecutive days auto-approved)
- Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
- May be expected to float between affiliated facilities in the area
- Orientation modules average 16 hours (non-billable)
- COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine status to be determined
