Location: Somerville, New Jersey
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 40 hours per week; On-call: 7 shifts per month (12.5-hour shifts, day or night); Weekend on-call may be required

Highlights:

• High-volume surgical environment with approximately 30 cases per day across 13 operating rooms
• Diverse case mix including general, orthopedic, vascular, neuro/spine, gynecologic, urologic, ENT, plastics, podiatry, bariatrics, and robotic-assisted procedures
• EPIC charting system for streamlined documentation
• Comprehensive orientation with 40 hours of training and interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Scrubs provided; first-time travelers and local candidates accepted
• One-year contract with requested time off considered when submitted with initial application

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey state RN license or valid Compact license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of acute care Operating Room experience required
• ACLS and BLS certifications required at time of submission
• Experience with a variety of surgical specialties and procedures preferred
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred
• Community hospital, LTAC, and trauma center experience preferred
• Willingness to float within skillset as needed based on facility needs
