Start Date: May 11, 2026
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 18:45 - 07:15; 36 hours per week; every other weekend required

Highlights:

• 13-week assignment in a dedicated behavioral health unit serving adult patients
• 1:8 nurse-to-patient ratio on a 20-bed unit with daily census of 16
• Experience with diverse psychiatric diagnoses including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, and major depression
• Epic charting system with additional technology including Pyxis and SBAR
• 24-hour orientation period with comprehensive first-week hospital orientation
• No call requirement; float to similar behavioral health or medical units as needed

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina or Compact RN license
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• BCLS certification required; MOAB training provided by facility
• Epic charting experience preferred
• First-time travelers accepted
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
