Location: Healdsburg, California
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with 2:1 patient ratios; float required to lower acuity units including Med/Surg and Telemetry; weekend coverage required; up to 7 days time off permitted per contract

Highlights:

• Surgical ICU with low daily census (0-2 patients) and 4-bed capacity
• 2:1 patient ratios across all shifts for focused, quality care
• Epic charting system experience required
• 12-hour orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Respiratory Services, Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• Manage diverse patient diagnoses including heart failure, diabetes, traumatic brain injury, and CVA/acute stroke

Requirements:

• Active California RN license (must be in hand; pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required (5 years preferred)
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive drips, cardiac drips, arterial line management, and central line care
• Proficiency in managing multisystem organ dysfunction/failure and complex critical care patients
• Ability to float to lower acuity units (Med/Surg and Telemetry)
• Willingness to work 2 out of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year)
• Charge experience and Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
• Two supervisory references covering 1 year of comparable specialty experience within the last three years
