Job Opportunity – Radiation Therapist – Tennessee

Start Date: April 27, 2026
Location: Jackson, Tennessee
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4x10-hour shifts (day shift, schedule dependent on patient volumes; no on-call required)

Highlights:

Work with advanced technology using Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerators across 3 treatment rooms
Team-based environment with 2 therapists per linac, averaging 35 patients per day per machine
Epic EMR system utilized; 16 hours of orientation provided
Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
Treat adult and geriatric oncology patients with diverse cancer-related diagnoses
Generous holiday schedule with closure on major holidays including Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day

Requirements:

ARRT (T) certification and BLS required
Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience required
Proficiency with Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator is mandatory (hard requirement)
Epic EMR experience within the last 12 months required (must be detailed on resume); proficiency exam required
Valid compact or Tennessee state license required at time of submission
COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only); flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
Previous travel experience preferred
Must be able to pass fit test requirements
