Location: Hood River, Oregon
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; float as needed to meet unit demands

Highlights:

• Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit at a 25-bed Critical Access hospital with Level III Trauma designation
• Patient ratios follow AWHONN standards: 1:1 active labor; 1:3 postpartum; typical daily census 2–5 patients
• Epic charting system; 36 hours of orientation provided
• Low-risk perinatal focus with Level 1 Nursery; interdisciplinary support from respiratory, pharmacy, radiology, and more
• 13-week travel assignment; first-time travelers welcome
• May float to nearby affiliated facilities based on operational needs; personal vehicle required

Requirements:

• Active Oregon RN license (or in process)
• Minimum 1 year LDRP experience required; 2 years preferred
• Current BLS, Fetal Heart Monitoring, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications
• Competency in epidural management, magnesium sulfate therapy, NST, Pitocin administration, EFM, fetal heart rate pattern recognition, and obstetrical triage
• Epic experience preferred
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of experience within the last 3 years
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
