Description
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Location: Austin, Texas
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 13-week contract | No call required | Rotating weekends
Highlights:
- 24-bed antepartum/postpartum unit with a teamwork-oriented environment
- Patient ratios of 3:1 to 4:1, occasionally 2:1 based on acuity
- EMR systems: Meditech and CPN
- Procedures include non-stress tests, hyperemesis management, insulin drips, magnesium administration, and heparin drips
- Opportunity to work in a specialized women's health unit with experienced clinical staff
- Professional dress code: navy blue scrubs
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required
- Previous labor and delivery or antepartum experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
