Job Opportunity – Operating Room Registered Nurse – Ohio

Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week

Highlights:

• Work in a Level 1 Trauma center with an 18-bed Operating Room performing 45-50 surgical procedures daily
• Diverse case mix including General, Robotic, Laparoscopic, Trauma, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spinal, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Burns, Urology, GYN, and Transplant surgeries
• Both circulating and scrubbing responsibilities with focus on Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, Spine, and General Surgery cases
• EPIC charting system utilized for patient documentation
• Call coverage includes Monday-Friday 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM and 12-hour weekend shifts as needed
• 13-week assignment with 3 weekend shifts per contract

Requirements:

• Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience required
• Extensive scrub experience required, with Level 1 Trauma center experience preferred
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• EPIC charting system experience
• Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
• Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager, director, or formal leadership role
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
